For those processing critical incidents or time away due to psychological injury, offering clinical guidance and peer connection.
Post Critical Incident
This group offers a supportive, confidential space for first responders to process the psychological and emotional impact of a recent critical incident. Led by clinicians experienced in trauma and operational stress, participants will explore common responses, learn grounding and coping strategies, and connect with peers who understand the unique weight of the work.
Self-Awareness and Resilience
This group is designed to help first responders build insight into their emotional patterns, stress responses, and personal values.
Most groups are 8-10 sessions in length and participants are encouraged to use their benefit coverage
