The Integration Method

  1. Nutrition:
    A 30 min consult to reset your body’s clock with a 7-day nutrition and lifestyle plan that supports energy, digestion, sleep, and hormone balance through circadian-aligned eating and habits.

  2. Acknowledge and Identify:
    This 60-minute session helps clients identify and map trauma-related sensations in the body, shifting from cognitive processing to somatic awareness for deeper emotional integration. This session is usually preceded with a few sessions to gather an Attachment and Trauma History.

  3. Validate:
    A 60 min guided session using body awareness, identification of emotions in the body(previously identified), and breathwork to gently reconnect with the body, regulate the nervous system, and safely process stored emotional experiences.

  4. Reframe:

    A 30 min solution focused session to create a plan that integrates mind, body, and nutrition. Learning how to use what was learned to regulate the nervous system, reframe past experiences and build a resilient, forward-focused wellness plan rooted in self-awareness, regulation, and sustainable daily practices.
